10 Incredible poets will compete for $500! Detroit's favorite poetry event is BACK once again! After the huge success of our last event, Clash of the Titans, we've decided to bring the Half Stack BACK and offer an opportunity for Poets who are new to my events to compete! That's right, this slam is only open to Poets who have never competed in a JFG Presents event. Do you have what it takes? Know of a deserving and talented Poet? The Half-A-Stack Poetry Slam #20 is coming!

The evening will also feature a very special performance by the multi-talented, Poet, Vocalist, and Activist, Tai Allen (NYC). Tai is coming to spread love the Brooklyn way, and his performance will be a great way to kick off Jazz Fest Weekend. You don't want to miss this one! The vibes will be incredible.
